About Me
From a young age, I’ve always been drawn to creativity and problem-solving. In high school, I studied animation, bringing stories to life through motion and design. At the same time, I was an editorial cartoonist for our school’s journalism team, using illustrations to communicate powerful messages. These experiences sharpened my eye for detail and storytelling—skills that would later influence my career in unexpected ways.
As I pursued my Criminology degree, I developed strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. While my studies focused on law and security, these skills turned out to be just as valuable in the professional world. After graduating, I stepped into the customer service industry, where I spent three years at Sutherland, providing top-tier support for Amazon Logistics and TripAdvisor. This role strengthened my communication, multitasking, and client management skills, preparing me for the next step in my career.
Eager to expand my expertise, I trained in virtual assistance, gaining proficiency in email and chat support, email marketing automation, Canva graphic design, WordPress website development, and administrative support. Today, I combine my diverse background to help businesses stay organized, efficient, and productive.
